Charitable funding directed by local retailers in their own communities.

Independent Retail Grocers have long known the importance of giving back to the local community. Helping those in need is not only the right thing to do, it is good for business. AG New England’s Neighbor 2 Neighbor Program allows participating retailers to double a charitable donation to a worthy local cause of their own choosing.

Stores accrue funds for every case of Shurfine product purchased through AG New England. Retailers then select a worthy local cause they want to support with their own contribution; matching dollars are drawn from the stores' accrued funds.

Since this program began, over 100 retailers have participated and donated to local charitable groups of their own choosing.
