In addition to serving over 600 independent retail food stores in the six-state
New England region and Upstate New York/Albany area, Associated Grocers of
New England operates a number of corporate stores under its subsidiary, AG Supermarkets, Inc.

As a retailer-owned cooperative, AG New England is committed to the success of Independent Retail Grocers. Operating a limited number of corporate stores provides firsthand experience at the retail level to better test and refine services, programs and product selection. These stores are an ideal test market and training center but also contribute volume and profitability to the operation of the cooperative.

The Harvest Market and Vista stores are actively involved in the communities they serve. The stores are staffed by residents of the area who know their customers personally. These stores provide a level of personalized service and attention that former customers of large nationally and internationally owned big–box supermarkets truly appreciate.
