The full-service Bakery Department offers a full line of fresh bread and rolls from raw dough to parbaked and thaw-and-sell items, pies, cookies, bagels, cakes (including unfinished), specialty desserts and pastries, and in-store bakery supplies. This includes items from the leading bakery companies such as General Mills, Rich's, Wenner, LaBree, Maplehurst, Steve's Snacks, Dutchmaid, David's Cookies, Bridor, Dimitria Delights, Ecce Panis and others.

AG New England’s Deli/Bakery Department also provides retailers with meaningful assistance and support in improving operations and profitability of any store's Deli or Bakery, regardless of store size or format. This includes training store personnel in bakery purchasing and merchandising, as well as participation in demonstrations and seminars in AG New England’s test kitchen and training rooms.
