Job Title: Audit Clerk (full-time Sunday-Thursday)
Department: Central Office Operations
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Good analytical, math, and accounting skills.
- Detail- and accuracy-oriented.
- Able to lift and move heavy cases (up to 100 lbs) on occasion.
- Able to professionally communicate and interact with other AG New England departments.
- Able to work in all temperatures.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and shift changes as dictated by business needs.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Audit customer orders before loading of the product in all areas as needed.
- Use computer and scan gun to assist with auditing customer orders, thereby insuring correct product for customer orders are selected properly.
- Identify good or poor pallet building and be able to communicate to Supervision any necessary corrective actions.
- Cross-train on various clerical duties to provide support and back-up as needed.
- This position will focus on auditing cigarettes, tobacco, new store orders, and customer complaints.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (part-time 30 hours per week)
Department: Credit
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Daily customer cash/epp application
- Write up daily epp amounts for customer collection
- Accounts receivable reconciliation to identify short payments, skipped invoices, etc.
- Provide support to the Credit Manager with respect to customer credit applications, notes receivable and customer communication
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Cash application experience
- Direct customer contact skills, specifically in resolving disputes

- Associate degree plus 2-4 years directly related experience with the duties and responsibilities specified or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software.
