The Loss Prevention team can also assist in conducting investigations from start to finish. Our investigative skills provide the retailer with peace of mind knowing that their theft issue will be handled in a professional and prompt manner. Once completed, the investigative report can be used by police agencies and/or insurance companies in an effort to recover your loss.

Once you become a retailer with the AG New England family, you will receive a user name and password to an in-depth website that includes our AG University: great training videos that can be viewed in about five minutes. Topics are very timely and discuss Loss Prevention, Safety, Human Resource and Operational concerns. Upon viewing the video, users may take a short quiz and receive a Certificate of Completion.
