Sometimes you need more than just phone support, and when that happens we have an answer.  The Retail Technology Helpdesk will instruct you to click the link below in order to remotely control your computer and better assist you using our ScreenConnect tool.


PowerNet is AGNE’s online ordering solution, and provides a number of tools to allow for making more

informed ordering decisions and streamlining the ordering process.  This tool is used for placing orders, pulling up archived invoices and statements, and running velocity and movement reports based on purchases, among other features.


MyAGNE is a community website to connect our retailers with information on pre-sales, hot prices, new items, and news regarding the co-op.
